Rllc is a high quality early childhood education child development center that provides a loving, caring, and nurturing environment for infants, toddlers, and elementary school age children which is safe and secure. Our main focus is the enhancement of reading skills in addition to promoting the intellectual, social, and physical development of our students. Our programs are designed to prepare them for a lifetime through effective leadership by our stable professional teacher workforce. Interactions with students and parents are interpersonal while promoting an age appropriate curriculum.

RLLC Objectives

Reading Strategies

Students will be taught the seven cognitive strategies of effective readers and practice these principles on a regular basis during classroom sessions.

Mechanical Skills

Becoming a proficient reader requires mastery of several skills that need to be applied simultaneously. Obviously, this doesn’t happen overnight.

Critical Thinking Skills

Critical thinking is the ability to think clearly and rationally about what to do or what to believe. It includes the ability to engage in reflective and independent thinking.

Literature & Writing

Literature  generically is any body of written works. Restrictively, literature refers to writing considered to be an art form or any single writing deemed to have artistic or intellectual value.
